Aviation security officers get Buhari’s nod to bear arms

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved that aviation security officers bear arms at airports to improve response to security challenges there.

Managing Director, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Rabiu Yadudu disclosed this Thursday at the launch of the ATACA journal.

Represented by the Norris Anozie, Director, Human Resource and Administration, FAAN, Yadudu said this would lead to a better response to security threats at the airports.
