Corporate Governance Institute gets new chair

The Institute of Directors Centre for Corporate Governance (IoDCCG) has appointed a new Chairman, Alh. Shuaibu Idris.

His appointment was ratified at the 35th meeting of the Board of Governors of the centre held last week.

Idris, who was elected for two-year tenure in line with the centre’s rules and regulations, succeeded Dr. Ebun Sonaiya, who retired recently.

Similarly, the Board of Governors also ratified the appointment of the following directors on the board, Mrs. Bimbola Wright (representing IoD Nigeria); Mr. Isyaku Bala Tilde (representing SEC Nigeria); and Ide John C. Udeagbala (representing NACCIMA).
