Photography enthusiasts have another couple of weeks to enter for the 9mobile Photography competition with submissions set to close on September 11.
Formerly known as the Etisalat Photography Competition, the annual contest, according to the organisers, seek to discover, reward and empower budding photographers to fulfill their passion and capture compelling images that celebrates the Nigerian heritage.
Speaking about the competition, Director, Brands and Experience, 9mobile, Elvis Ogiemwanye, said the photography competition further underlines the telecom company’s continued commitment to talent development and the growth of Nigeria’s creative industry.
“In the past nine years, 9mobile has consistently been at the forefront of promoting talent and creative development among the youth across different sectors such as education, art, literature, science, sports and entertainment amongst others. In line with our key objective of business continuity, 9mobile will continue to support these creative platforms and even make them better,” he said.
A jury comprising of eminent persons will select the final top 3, and thereafter announce the winner and two runners-up will be awarded prizes in October, in Lagos.
