Concerned stakeholders in Gombe North senatorial zone, under the aegis of Gombe North Unity and Development Association (GONUDA), have rejected the list of beneficiaries of the 774,000 Federal Government’s job allocations to the area over what they describe as injustice.
They said the selection in their zone was marred by fraud and therefore called on the selection committee inaugurated by the Minister of Labour and Employment to immediately reverse the process and make the slots one thousand persons per local government.

The association, which made their grievances known while interacting with our correspondent in Gombe, said that there was no justice while allocating the offers.
The public relation officer of GONUDA, Ahmed Maisakala, on behalf of the Association, said the Program was supposed to empower 1,000 persons from each LGA totaling 774,000 people across the country but decried that Gombe north zone was grossly short-changed.
