The Minister of State for Labour, Festus Keyamo, says President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered a totally fraud-free recruitment exercise for the Special Public Works programme.
Addressing journalists in Abuja on Thursday, Keyamo said Buhari also directed the use technology to monitor the process.

He said the government was creating an interactive website where names of the implementation committee members would be placed and easily reached.
The Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment, Mohammed Nasir Ladan Argungum, said of the N52bn budgeted for the scheme, N46.6bn would be used for the payment of stipends to beneficiaries; and the balance, for logistics, ITC, transportation, printing and the provision of working tools.
