The Incubator Hub is set to empower 76,000 women across Africa through an initiative-The Ladies in Tech Africa Program (LITA) targeted at offering comprehensive tech training, to propel them towards successful careers in the digital age.

According to the organiser, the Ladies in Tech Africa Program (LITA), offers in-depth training in high-demand tech skills through an accessible online platform.

“By providing free training, the program removes financial barriers that often prevent women from pursuing careers in technology.  This initiative seeks to create a robust pipeline of skilled female tech talents, accelerating Africa’s digital transformation and sustainable development.

“At The Incubator Hub, our mission is to facilitate digital advancement by creating supportive platforms and offering sustainable technological education opportunities.

“Only around 25% of tech professionals are women, according to recent data. This gender gap means the tech industry is missing out on a massive pool of talent and innovative ideas that women can offer! We believe that empowering women is crucial for driving innovation and economic growth in Africa,” the organiser said.
