Six primary school teachers have died following an accident on their way to Katsina town to cash their March salary, Daily Trust gathered.
The teachers who left Danmusa local government area where they resided and headed for Katsina died as a result of the accident that happened along Danmusa – Batsari road.

The state chairman of Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Suyudi Hassan Dayi has condoled with the families of the deceased.
In a related development, the union has expressed its sadness over the killing of a female primary school teacher in Dutsinma, Fatima Ibrahim.
Late Ibrahim was allegedly killed by her husband Umar Manu, a staff of the Federal University Dutsinma, over inheritance.
