Operatives of the Ilorin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested 44 suspected internet fraudsters in the Sango, Kulende, Taxaco and Harmony Estate areas of Ilorin, Kwara State.
In a statement, EFCC’s spokesman, Dele Oyewale, said the action followed credible intelligence over their alleged involvement in internet-related offences, adding that items recovered from them included six exotic cars, laptops, smart phones and charms.

It would be recalled that the directorate arrested 56 suspected internet fraudsters on Wednesday and Thursday recovered 18 exotic cars, laptops, smartphones and charms.
