Four students of the Kaduna State College of Education (KSCOE), Gidan Waya, were on Monday abducted in Mile 1 area.
The spokesman of the Kaduna State Students Union (KADSSU), KSCOE chapter, Benjamin Fie, who disclosed this in a press release yesterday, said their abductors had already demanded a huge ransom.

He identified the students as Rachael Edwin – 200-level biology/geography; Esther Ishaya, 200 level economics/history; Promise Tanimu, 200 level English/history; and Beauty Luka, 300 level CRS.
However, the spokesman of Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU), Luka Biniyat, in a statement last night said the kidnappers had established contact and demanded N45 million ransom.
