A tanker on Monday rammed into two commercial buses in Lagos last night leaving four people severely injured.
The accident happened at the popular Otedola bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
According to the preliminary report by the state Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), the empty tanker with registration number XD 333RBC rammed into the commercial buses with registration numbers FXT346XV and KTU 168 XH respectively.
Director-General of the LASEMA, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyitolu said the injured victims comprised three male and one female with one of the victims suffering a severed limb.
They were rescued by the agency’s responders and stabilized by the Paramedic Unit of the agency before they were transferred to the Lagos State Trauma Centre for further medical care.
