Four members of a family reportedly died in an auto crash along the Kano-Jigawa road on Saturday.
A relative, Shehu Yusuf Kazaure, said all the victims were from the family of Hajiya Safiya Mohammed, the director, Tertiary Education in the state Ministry of Education.

They were on their way to Malam Madori Local Government Area of the state for a wedding when their car somersaulted near Danladin-Gumel in Gumel Local Government Area.
“The incident happened on Saturday evening.
“Three of the children of Hajiya Safiya-Fati, Abba and Zainab died instantly.
“They were taken to Malam Madori. Sadly, after they reached there, Hanan, the daughter of Zainab, one of the deceased, also died.
“It was such a tragic moment for the family as many of us could not hold our tears.
“One can’t just imagine the death of four family members in one day.
“It’s really sad, I pray Allah grant them eternal rest,” Kazaure said.
He said the deceased were buried in Malam Madori according to Islamic rites.
