At least four persons are feared killed while several others sustained injuries in a clash that erupted, yesterday morning, between two rival cult gangs at Ogunbo area of Ajah in Lagos.
It was learnt that police recovered four bodies from different locations in the area.
No arrest has however been made yet.
A police source said the bodies so far recovered had machete cuts and they have been deposited at the morgue for autopsy.
It was learnt that violent clash erupted between suspected members of Aiye and Eiye confraternities in the area.
The clash, it was learnt, had to do with who controlled some commercial areas.
Witnesses said no fewer than 10 persons were beheaded in the bloody clash, though the police said only four dead bodies were recovered after the fracas.
It was also learnt that policemen deployed in the area have so far recovered five severed heads of victims of the clash.
The police are reportedly combing the bushes on the road between Ogonbo community and Abraham Adesanya Estate for more victims.
