The police in Edo State have arrested four men involved in the stealing of a motorcycle and recovered a firearm.
The suspects: Umar Sanusi (28), Saviour Sunday (23), Edeh Samuel (18) and Ede Monday (23), were arrested on Sunday at South Ibie in Etsako West LGA.
The command’s spokesperson, Chidi Nwanbuzor, said the suspects were arrested with a locally made pistol, 10 assorted Android phones and a motorcycle with registration number: GDE222-VC.

He said the police, in collaboration with vigilantes, intercepted one of the suspects, Umar Sanusi, who was riding the stolen motorcycle, with another suspect, Boniface Junior, who was currently on the run.
He said investigation revealed that the motorcycle was earlier robbed from one Abdullahi Nufu at gunpoint in South Ibie and that following a search on the premises of the suspect the other exhibits were found.
