A total of 33,183 Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) are ready for collection in Jigawa State, the state office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said.
In a statement on Monday in Dutse, the acting Administrative Secretary of the commission in the state, Malam Ibrahim Idris, said the PVCs were for those who registered from June to December 2021.

He, therefore, called on eligible voters to come along with the printout earlier issued during the registration for easy identification and collection.
He said, “Collection by proxy is not allowed as photographs and thumbprints of prospective eligible voters will require to be captured before collection.”
