30-year-old man rapes minors

A 30-year-old man has been accused of raping three minors aged seven and eight years in Badarawa,  Kaduna North LGA.
Daily Trust gathered that Shaffiu Bello, a carpenter, married with two children, defiled the minors who live in the same neighbourhood but of different parents.
Speaking at the Primary Health Centre, Badarawa where the girls were medically examined, the minors said Shaffiu lured them into a room with N5 and N10 when they were sent on errands by their parents, adding that he threatened to beat and kill them if they dared reveal the secret.
The leader of Badarawa/Malali Concerned Forum, Mallam Mohammed Adamu, told our reporter that the forum effected arrest of the suspect and handed him over to the police. Police spokesman, Abubakar Zubeiru, confirmed the incident, saying investigation into the issue had begun.
