3 students in police net for stealing school property in Ekiti

Three students of the Federal Science and Technical College (FSTC), Usi-Ekiti, in Ekiti State, Adelabu Okiki (15), Ogunsulade Vincent (14) and Ogunleye Ayomibe (15), have been arrested for stealing school property.

The police spokesman in the state, DSP Sunday Abutu, said the suspects conspired and burgled the school’s shop, ICT and administrative blocks and stole three laptops, a solar generator, three handsets, 4G Airtel wifi, two office bells and a rechargeable clipper.

The PRO noted that during interrogation, the suspects confessed to the commission of the crime and further revealed that they had burgled the school severally and stolen.
