The police in Ogun State have arrested three suspects who allegedly raided a provision a shop and dispossessed the owner of a huge sum of money at Atan Ota in Ado Odo Ota LGA of the state.
The suspects, Anu Ibikunle (32), Rasheed Bisiriyu (22) and Adebowale Dada (25), were arrested following a distress call received at the Atan Ota Divisional Police Headquarters.

The police spokesman in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, on Sunday in Abeokuta, told newsmen that following the distress call, the DPO, Abolade Oladigbolu, mobilised his men and moved to the scene and that after a hot chase arrested the three.
Oyeyemi said items recovered from them were a locally made pistol, two live cartridges and charms.
He said the Commissioner of Police, Edward Awolowo Ajogun, had ordered the immediate transfer of the suspects to the state Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (CIID) for discreet investigation.
