The Society for Family Health (SFH) says 3,486,120 long lasting insecticidal nets were distributed in Delta State for the fight against malaria.
The 2019 nets replacement campaign which began on April 28, officially ended on June 26, with the presentation of reports by officials of the SFH to the Delta State government.
Unveiling the report at the Office of the Secretary to the State Government, the campaign manager and director SFH, Dr. John Ocholi, said 3,553,417 net cards were distributed to residents.
He said the balance would be returned to the state government through the reverse logistics to plan further on how to distribute it.
