Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Mrs Yetunde Arobieke, at the commencement of the programme stressed that the workshop would prepare the participants for the future as globalization has expanded the horizon of entrepreneurship.
It was also meant to upskill the artisans in meeting the modern-day business realities and position them to be globally competitive and productive.
Themed ‘Globally Competent, Globally Competitive’, the training, she said, was meant to equip entrepreneurs, especially youths, with the competitiveness that is presently on a fast lane and rife with countless challenges.
