24-hour curfew imposed on Kaduna in wake of stampede

Following stampede in some parts of Kaduna metropolis, the state government has imposed a 24 hour curfews on the metropolis.

A statement from Samuela Aruwan, media aide to the governor said the curfew is with immediate effect.

“A 24 hour curfew has been imposed on Kaduna town and environs. It is with immediate effect,” the statement read.
