The APC National Vice Chairman (North-West), Salihu Mohammed Lukman, stated this yesterday in Sokoto during a fact-finding tour to the state.

A statement by the Zonal Publicity Secretary, Malam Musa Mailafiya Mada, quoted Lukman as saying prominent among matters discussed at the meeting was the security challenges bedeviling the North West zone.
Part of the statement reads, “The Zonal Vice Chairman, Malam Salihu Lukman promised as an agent of the people as well as that of the party, to alongside party elders such as Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko take the matter to appropriate authorities with all sense of commitment.
“Lukman said the security issue will be at the front burner of the party’s agenda for 2023 and beyond,” he added.
