Three lawyers have asked a Federal High Court in Abuja to disqualify Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi as presidential candidates in the 2023 general elections.
The lawyers, Ataguba Aboje, Oghenovo Otemu, and Ahmed Yusuf, said the three presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress, the People’s Democratic Party and the Labour Party respectively did not comply with the law in the conduct of their primaries.
