Former Secretary to Kano State Government, Rabiu Suleiman Bichi, has described the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bola Ahmad Tinubu, as the right candidate to succeed President Muhammad Buhari in 2023.
Bichi, who served in the administration of Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, stated this in Kano during an interaction on Tinubu 2023 presidential ambition organised by a faction of Kano APC, the Reformed Win-Win (R-Win Win).

Aside from competence, he said Tinubu held all the aces for the South West politics and with his support, Buhari won the election in 2015.
He noted that his effort in repositioning Lagos from 1999 to 2007 made him the right candidate to take over from Buhari noting that Tinubu transformed Lagos when he took over in 1999.
