The event focused on infrastructural revival and accelerated development of the railways, roads, industries and power as part of the cardinal objectives of President Buhari-led administration.

In his remark, Fashola said: “I want to urge Nigerians to make the right choice between us and the looters in 2019; choose who is the best manager of your resources when voting in 2019.

“President Buhari has live up to the expectation of Nigerians who voted him into power in 2015; his achievement cannot be compared to others who have been in government for 16 years without any tangible development in this country.”

Amaechi in his address urged Nigerians to make government accountable, stressing that Buhari’s administration has performed better in the area of transportation since 2015.

While reiterating the achievement of its ministry, Amaechi said “We will complete the rail project we embarked upon between December to January. We are employing workers almost every week on site as we have created 1,000 jobs by the construction of the railway project.”

Also speaking,  Mohammed said Nigerians should desist from conflict usually caused by religion and ethnicity noting that this is the main cause of killings that has been ravaging the Northeastern part of the country.

“Let us continue to live in peace and stop sharing sentiments on our religion and ethnicity; Nigeria belongs to me and you, we are all brothers and sisters. The problem of killings and kidnapping should stop, and let us embrace ourselves so that together we can develop this country.”
