“You described APGA as the third largest political party in Nigeria, but with my emergence as the Presidential candidate, we are going to be first,” Gbor said while expressing optimism that he will win the presidential election.

“We are going to unite this nation, stop the killings and hunger. Everybody is hungry. Less than two percent of Nigerians are the rich ones,” he said adding that APGA will share the wealth of the nation to the youth and women.

“We will run a government that will make Nigerians to appreciate God. Anyone that killed illegally in Nigeria, the eagle will track that person down,” Gbor said.

On his style of restructuring, Gen Gbor said his plan, if implemented, will make the Nigerian economy to boom.

“We will not restructure Nigeria in such a way some people are currently yearning. We will restructure Nigeria based on its economic entities. It won’t be based on states and regionalism. It will be based on economic entities that are viable, sustainable and profitable. The local communities will be allowed to exploit the resources while certain amount will be given to the federal government.

“The federating units will exploit these resources for the nation to decide on what to do with it. My Vice, Chief Jerry Chikwueke will be in charge of the youths in Nigeria because we will create a special agency for the Youth in the presidency. Women will also be empowered through cooperative societies,” Gbor added.

The chairman of APGA, Dr. Victor Ike Oye, while presenting the certificate of return to Gen. Gbor, said they have a reputable presidential candidate who will take Nigeria to the Promised Land.

He said the choice of Gen Gbor followed a search round Nigeria adding that Gbor has the courage and character to transform Nigeria to the benefit of all citizenry.
