2019 Elections: Shehu Sani loses own polling unit to APC

The lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Shehu Sani on Saturday lost his polling unit  to All Progressives Congress, APC in Kaduna.

The Senator’s Peoples Redemption Party PRP got 51 votes while the All Progressives Congress candidate, Uba Sani got 236 votes.

The Peoples Democratic Party candidate Adamu Lawal (Mr La) got 34 votes.

The Assistant Polling  officer 1 Umar Mohammed Sanusi who counted the votes said President Muhammadu Buhari got 292 votes while PDP’S Atiku Abubakar got 23 votes in the presidential election.

For the House of Representatives PDP got 47 votes, APC got 235 and PRP 28 votes.
