| Unlawful possession or selling or buying of voter’s card | Fine of N500,000.00 or an imprisonment of two years. |
| Impersonation | Shall be arrested and prosecuted for an offence of impersonation under the law applicable in the state. |
| Bribery of INEC officials or security officer to rig election | Fine of N500,000.00 or imprisonment for 12 month or both. |
| Spying to know who voter voted for | Fine N100,000.00 or imprisonment for 6 months. |
| Vote or trying to vote where not registered | Fine of N100,000.00 or imprisonment for 6 months. |
| Acting or inciting other to act in a disorderly manner | Fine of N500,000.00 or imprisonment for 12 month. |
| Campaigning and blaring siren within 300m of the polling unit on election day | Fine of N100,000.00 or imprisonment for 12 months. |
| Destroying or snatching any election material. | Shall be imprisoned for a period of 12 months. |
| Under age or multiple voting | Fine of N500,000.00 or 12 months imprisonment or both. |
