2019: Delta APC repositioned to throw out Okowa, PDP – Ojougboh

A frontline governorship aspirant and cheiftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh on Sunday said the APC is being repositioned to throw out the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in the 2019 general elections.

Addressing journalists at the end of a closed door meeting with Delta North APC leaders, Ojougboh, who has reinvigourated the fervour and voice of the opposition since joining the APC last year, said that the APC caucus in Delta north has carefully studied the administration of Okowa and has passed a vote of no confidence on him.

Ojougboh, a member of the State APC Caucus said he was present at the Delta North APC caucus that supported and called for the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari, insisted that Governor Okowa must be ousted from Delta State Government House to put an end to alleged stealing and looting of the state treasury.
