Governor Mohammed Abubakar has emerged as the Bauchi State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2019 general elections.
Former Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed made the list as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate.
Professor Mohammed Ali Pate, who left the APC and joined the People Redemption Party (PRP) also emerged as its governorship candidate while Ambassador Shu’aibu Ahmed Adamu is the governorship candidate of the NNPP.
Particulars of the Bauchi governorship candidates was released and pasted at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Bauchi.
Our reporter observed on Saturday night that 22 other candidates from various political parties also made the list.
The other parties whose candidates made the list include: PPM, SDP, SNP, MAJA, ACPN, ACD, and UPP, among others.
