Two suspected kidnappers have been arrested by a local vigilante group at Obagie community in Uhunmwonde Local Government of Edo sate.
It was also learnt that two kidnapped victims were reportedly rescued from kidnappers by the local vigilante.
The vigilantes got a distress call from the community members about the hideout of the kidnappers.

A source said the kidnappers engaged in gunfire while trying to escape when the hideout was uncovered.
Two were caught, and five are at large.
It was learnt that the arrested kidnappers have been handed to Egba Divisional Police Station for onward investigation.
