Two people escaped death on Saturday in Ilọrin, Kwara State, when the Toyota Camry they were driving in plunged into Geri Alimi Underpass.
The Sector Commander of FRSC in the state, Stephen Dawulung, told our correspondent on Sunday that the accident was caused by brake failure, adding that although no life was lost, the female occupant got injured.

He, therefore, warned motorists and drivers to routinely check the state of their vehicles and not wait till they developed faults to avoid injuries and fatalities.
