The police in Ekiti State have arraigned two men, Hasiru Hawal (25) and Abba Nusa (22), in an Ado-Ekiti magistrates’ court over allegedly breaking a house and stealing.
The prosecutor, Inspector Akinwale Oriyomi, told the court that the suspects and others at large on June 10, at about 1pm at the Omisanjana area in Ado-Ekiti stole a power generating set valued at about N500,000, property of one Bejide Bolaji.
Counsel to the defendants, Barrister A. A. Ayobioloja, urged the court to admit them to bail.

The Magistrate, A. O. Owoleso, granted them bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties each and adjourned the case to August 6.
