Two men have been killed in a motor accident on the Abuja-Lokoja highway in Gada-Biyu in Kwali Area Council of the FCT.
A witness said the accident happened around 12pm on Monday and that it involved an unmarked tanker and a truck.
He said the driver of the truck, who was on high speed coming from the Lokoja axis, lost control and crashed into the tanker parked by the road.

He said two men in the truck died on the spot, adding that officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) evacuated the corpses to the Kwali General Hospital.

An FRSC official who was part of the rescue operation attributed the accident to speed limit violation.
