A magistrates’ court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State, on Monday, tried two men, Soji Ademuyiwa and Babalola Ismail, for stealing five bags of cement valued at N18,750.
The suspects committed the offence at Adron Homes, Oyegun Oleyo area of Ibadan in Oluyole Local Government Area of the state.

Babalola, according to the prosecutor, Inspector S. Ibrahim, bought the stolen cement from Ademuyiwa who allegedly stole it from one Soji Sonubi.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the three-count charge.
The Chief Magistrate, S A Adesina, granted them bail of N10,000 each and requested a surety who is a resident of the area where they committed the offence.
