Two persons have reportedly died while eight others sustained injuries in a road crash along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Our correspondent gathered that the crash occurred around 7pm at Mile 12, Market, Ogere, along the highway.

The spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Florence Okpe, confirmed the incident on Sunday in Abeokuta.
Okpe said 15 persons were involved in the accident, out of which two died and 8 were injured.
She attributed the accident to “excessive speed and driving under the influence of alcohol.”
“A total of 15 persons were involved comprising 14 male adult and a female adult. Eight persons were injured and unfortunately two death were recorded from the crash.’’
She disclosed that those injured were taken to Victory Hospital Ogere while two corpses were deposited at FOS morgue Ipara.
