The Ekiti State Police Command has arraigned two men, Raphael Olorunwa (43) and Yakubu Muhammed (31), over alleged theft of bags of flour.
The prosecutor, Inspector Akinwale Oriyomi, said that on September 5, in Ado-Ekiti, the suspects conspired, broke into a store and stole bags of flour valued at N300,000 belonging to one Faluyi Olaiya.
He said one Yakubu Muhammed received the items, knowing fully that they were stolen.

Counsel to the defendants, Barrister Adunni Olanipekun, urged the court to grant them bail.

The Magistrate, Abayomi Adeosun, granted them bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety in like sum and adjourned the case to October 11.
