The Ekiti State Police Command has arraigned two men, Alabi Oluwafemi (29) and Toyin Dada (22) in a magistrates’ court sitting in Ado-Ekiti over breach of peace by engaging in a fight in public.
The prosecutor, Inspector Akinwale Oriyomi, said the defendants on May 29, on Idemo Street,
Ado-Ekiti, fought each other in a public place thereby conducting themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.

Counsel to the defendants, Barrister J. S. Balogun, urged the court to grant them bail.

The Magistrate, A. O. Owoleso, granted bail of N100,000 each to the defendants and adjourned the case to July 9.
