Two men, Adeniyi Wasiu (27) and Habeeb Morufu (27), have been arrested by the police in Kwara State for allegedly selling hard drugs to students.
The police spokesman in the state, Ajayi Okasanmi, who disclosed that they were arrested around Alao Farm in the Tanke Oke Ogun area of Ilorin, said, “During investigation, the residences of the suspects were searched and the following substances suspected to be illicit drugs were recovered.

“Some weeds suspected to be Indian hemp, sachets of tramadol, eight bottles of codeine syrup, sachets of ice, one sachet of refnol, sachets of colorado and sachets of skunk.
“On interrogation, the suspects confessed to be the owners of the drugs and that they were selling them to students and interested members of the public.
“Effort is ongoing to arrest others at large while the arrested will be transferred to NDLEA.”
