At least 19 people have been injured in an auto crash which occurred at Tyoor Tyu village along the Makurdi-Gboko road in Benue State.
Our correspondent reports that the accident happened at about 4pm on Easter Sunday.

The state Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Steve Ayodele, said the crash involved two vehicles – a Ford and Toyota Hiace bus.
He said that, “19 persons were injured out of 26 involved in the crash. They (victims) sustained different degrees of injuries.”
Ayodele blamed the cause of the crash on wrongful overtaking, adding that the injured are receiving treatment at the hospital.
