No fewer than 134 communities in Osun State have benefited from 208 micro projects in Osun State under the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
Also, 13 vulnerable groups were mobilised with funds to implement programmes aimed at making life bearable for them and discouraging them from living as beggars.
Adeleke highlighted these while speaking in Osogbo at the 2023 Community Development Day and Community Fair facilitated by Osun Community and Social Development Agency (Osun CSDA).
Represented by his deputy, Kola Adewusi, the governor reiterated his commitment to ensuring quality life for residents of Osun State through impactful infrastructural facilities.

Adeleke commended Osun CSDA for its achievements and assured that the state government was encouraged to do more for the agency so as to bring about more results that the state can be proud of.
The General Manager of Osun CSDA, Mrs Aderonke Funmi Abokede, said the community fair was aimed at showcasing the remarkable achievements of Osun State government in ensuring good quality of life for residents through Osun CSDA under the Osun COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus Programme (Osun CARES), a World Bank intervention programme.
