A total of 120 students will graduate with first class degree and 1,086 others with second class upper during the 7th combined convocation ceremony of the Federal University Wukari, Taraba, holding today.
The vice chancellor of the university, Prof Jude Sammani Rabo, disclosed this while addressing newsmen yesterday ahead of the ceremony.
He said a total number of 3,031 students would be graduating during the convocation and out of the number, 73 will be conferred with MSc and MA degrees.
He said the Aku Uka of Wukari, Manu Ishaku Ali Ada, is among three prominent Nigerians to be conferred with honorary doctorate degrees.

Others to be conferred with honorary degrees also include Barrister Boss Mustapha, a former Secretary to the Government of the Federation and Chief Obadiah Ando, a former Minister of Water Resources.
The vice chancellor lamented that 90 per cent of both students and staffs of the university reside off campus due to lack of hostels and staff quarters, urging support in that regard.
