The father of an 11-year-old girl who died after she was allegedly raped by a teacher in Dala LGA of Kano State has narrated how she died from complications she sustained during the rape incident.
The father, Malam Dauda Musa, explained that after his daughter was raped, they took her to the hospital where doctors confirmed that she was raped with resultant serious injuries in her private parts. He said that the girl could not urinate easily for almost four months, hence that they frequented the hospital untill last week when she died.
He, therefore, appealed to the Governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf; Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero; human rights groups and all concerned to help them to get justice for his late daughter.

City & Crime learnt that the suspect, a teacher in Dandinshe Quarters in Dala LGA, was arrested and later arraigned before Court 47, Nomans Land, Kano, which ordered his remand and fixed April 29, for hearing.
