Eleven out of 12 governorship aspirants on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State have rejected indirect primary to elect the candidate for October 10, 2020 gubernatorial elections.
The aggrieved aspirants made their position known in a protest letter signed and addressed to Governor of Yobe State and Chairman of the APC Caretaker/Extra-Ordinary National Convention Planning Committee (CEONCPC), Mai Mala Buni.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had on Thursday published on its website that the APC had adopted indirect mode of primary for its July 20, 2020 ballots to elect candidates.
