The police in Kaduna State, in collaboration with members of a vigilante group, have raided the Sabon Tasha community and arrested 10 suspected thugs.
The operation, which targeted areas such as Angwar Matari, Angwar Durun’uwa and Angwar Gimbiya, was carried out in the early hours of Wednesday.
Witnesses said the suspects were apprehended in their hideouts where they allegedly engaged in illicit activities.
A member of the vigilante group stated that the suspects were recently identified as troublemakers in the community, and that their arrest was related to a recent altercation in the area.
