Police and vigilantes in Anambra State have arrested a suspect for vandalising Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) installations in the state.
In a statement, the Head, Corporate Communications of EEDC, Mr Emeka Ezeh, on Thursday, said the suspect, Nnanna Uyamandu, was arrested in Uyi LGA.
He said the vandal was apprehended along Airport Road in Oyi in possession of a large quantity of coated aluminum conductor.

Meanwhile, EEDC has lamented the increasing rate at which its electricity installations are being attacked by vandals in the state.
